Nice hotel, very reasonable rates
Location is not very central, but price/performance could not get any better. Only $110 per night during high season sounds good to me for Vienna. Rooms are clean, staff very polite and responsive.

Really good christmas
The rooms, reception, location and food was excellent. The reception staff were particularly helpful and made our stay that much better with their helpful advice and suggestions Views and dinner in the dining room were exquisite. BUT. Why can't they learn to make hot coffee for breakfast? We returned ours twice because it was cold but it was never any better. What a shame! Please get this right when we come again - which we WILL do.

Short walk from hotel
If you arrive very late (after 10:30pm) try Huth around the corner for good hot meals/snacks. Otherwise, for good cheap excellent food stick to the Beisl and Heuriger, especially Puersten (about 200 metres) and Die Zwoelf Apostelen just off Baeker strasse. (500m). Half a pint of wine E3.50 and huge meals for under E12.00.

Great location for the weekend getaway.
This hotel had a friendly and knowlegable staff and spoke excellent American! The American consulate was accross the plaza as was a Pet Shop. Transportation was within a short walk and eateries were nearby. The room was clean with a nice view of the city tops. If ever I return to Vienna I would stay in this hotel.

Short walk from hotel
For the concert goer this hotel was very close to concert halls and the opera house. The city park was accross the street for an enjoyable walk through the park. Transportation was also nearby.

Great Location great views.
The suite was great, the hotel staff first rate. We had an unbelievable terrace with a 90 degree view of the city. Highly recommended.
