Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
Go out of Hotel and turn left and about 15 minutes later you are right in the heart of Salzburg with all the shopping and resturants. 10 min bus ride from train station $ euro each person or 25 Euro cab ride - take the bus much easier

A good hotel and location within
A good hotel and location within walking distance of main areas. Breakfast good, too. One major problem though, it was 37 degrees celcius the day we were there and none of the rooms had air conditioning that worked. The room had a small fan that did a good job of circulating the hot air!

Big room, comfy bed. Old but clean. Free parking. Staff were nice but didnt seem to speak much english. Big restaurant but not open Sundays, in fact most things in the city not open Sundays only stores that sell tourist things which open approx midday. Good location for sites, 10 minute walk to Mozart's house and shopping district. Free internet in lobby....if you can get on it! Would be nice if they posted a sign about a time limit...

The hotel is walking distance
The hotel is walking distance from the train station, but in the opposite direction of most sights. It is within walking distance of the old town, but it is a bit of a hike and too far away if you are not a walker or if you are already worn out from your travels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby area was clean and nice, but rooms were a little worn and not what I expected from a Mercure. We were on a non-smoking floor, which was nice for those in our party that are sensitive to smoke.

Für einen Kurztrip gut genug!
Ausreichend gratis Parkplätze direkt neben dem Hotel - großer Pluspunkt für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto anfahren!! Die Lage ist etwas verwirrend, wir haben uns ab und zu verlaufen, aber man kommt in ca. 10-15 Gehminuten überall hin. Unser Zimmer war echt hellhörig, man hört jeden Huster, das ist ein wenig störend. Das Bad war...naja...es war zwar sauber, allerdings war es teilweise mit Tapete versehen (die mit Leim oder sonst irgendwas repariert wurde, wodurch es einen komischen Geruch hatte. Das Personal ist SEHR freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem ist es ein Hotel, das für den Preis echt okay ist und ich würde es, trotz den kleinen Defiziten, weiterempfehlen!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok
Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Altstadt, die aber fußläufig in 12 min erreichbar ist. Ruhige Lage, gut anzufahren. Bad mit Badewanne. Kostenloses W-LAN. Das Frühstück ist mit 15 € m.E. zu teuer. Insgesamt ok.

離市中心很近,地理位置超方便.房間沒有空調得開窗,但開了窗子又很吵,來往的車輛聲音很清楚,不知道是甚麼原因,一入住就誘發蕁麻疹,手指腫脹,直到離開飯店住到下一間旅館,手指腫痛的現象才消失.也許是我的個人體質的因素吧.

冬の１月に泊まったのですが、旧市街地までは住宅街エリアを15
冬の１月に泊まったのですが、旧市街地までは住宅街エリアを15分くらいは歩くので、雪が降る日には遠く感じました。 新しい建物なので、設備は整っています。 ビジネスで利用するにはとてもいいと思います。 駅からはバスを利用するととても便利です。
