Reasonable place for short stay in Perth
Rooms are quite large but basic. Room rate is basic all else at extra charge ie parking, breakfast internet etc.

Good location near Scarborough
Good location near Scarborough Beach. You can see the ocean from the front rooms but not the beach. Staff are friendly & helpful. We had a double room with view as above for 8 days costing $906 during school holidays which was reasonable.

Very disappointing property. It
Very disappointing property. It did not live up to expectations from the description or photos. Tacky material stuck on for curtains on upstairs windows, wardobe that could have been made by a 10 year old and stains on couch. One bathroom for a 2 bedroom unit was not ideal and badly located for use by 2 couples. If we hadn't have been booked for only one night we would not have stayed. We paid $200 for one night which was supposedly a good discount, it was not worth $100. The only good part about our stay was the breakfast.

I was disappointed because booking
I was disappointed because booking a 2 bedroomed unit I thought the bedrooms would be seperate main bed was with kitchen and dining room no chairs to sit on except dining room chairs not very comfortable.To watch T V everyone had to sit on the bed.Second bedroom was at the top of very steep staircase unsuitable for elderly guest as was the shower which was in a very steep bath and she was unable to get into.Position of hotel was very noisy with traffic and unfortunately renovations to garage across the road didn't help.Meals in Dining Room very nice.

Wunderschönes Hotel an perfekter Lage
Das Hotel liegt in der zweiten Strandreihe, hat uns jedoch von unserem Zimmer aus einen direkten Blick aufs Meer gewährt. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und stylisch eingerichtet, sehr comfortabel. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und würden uns immer wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.
