Great last minuite hotel stay
The room was well maintained and very cozey. The bed was increadibly comfortable and the hotel itself is located close enough to everything as to make any trip out short and yet isolated enough as to make your stay quiet and comfortable. Plus the free wifi made staying in contact with family and friends as easy as could be.

A bog standard hotel with nothing
A bog standard hotel with nothing special. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The one good point about it was directly outside there's a free bus service that takes you into the city.

Conveniently located near the
Conveniently located near the CBD in a lovely setting. Overall the room (Executive) was fair. The bed was great, slept really well. I thought road noise might have been an issue but was plesantly surprised it wasn't. Shower kept running hot, cold, hot, cold but the mangaer was happy to look into it. The continental breakfast was the best, however the evening meals were not as good. The manager was quick to recognise me as a regular business traveller and went out of his way to make sure I'd be staying there again. Overall, well done. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Sullivans is in a good area for
Sullivans is in a good area for use of public transport but its a bit harder to navigate out of there in a car - a tangle of freeway entrances. Being on a main road there is also quite a bit of traffic noise and airconditioning hum from buildings next door I think. Although the hotel is reasonably cheap for a city and is clean and tidy, the hotel cafe is pricey for the quality of the meals which are average. I didn't try the breakfast as I thought the price was a bit steep - $14.90 for a continental brekky. The staff are very pleasant, the rooms and facilities clean and it is in a safe area, but despite this, I would probably go for a different hotel with breakfast included if I travelled to Perth again.

I thought the staff were excellent
I thought the staff were excellent and provided us with lots of tourist information - nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast each morning - delicious -and evening meal once and this was a very nice meal. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Good transport with the BlueCat bus stop just out the front. Room and bathroom quite small but very comfortable. Had a lovely stay in Perth, thanks.

Very friendly apparently family
Very friendly apparently family run hotel.The Hotel exterior and interior is now showing signs of age and some upgrading or renovations are required,also the prices are on the high side for the rooms, but dont let this put you off. Its a GREAT place to stay,to me a FANTASTIC location. I have stayed there on 4 occasions for 10 to 14 days. CAT bus (FREE BUS AROUND PERTH) right outside the hotel, but its only a 15 minute walk to town or Bus/Train station. Small but comfortable restaurant with a very good Menu. Scrumptious breakfast. Will be there again in 2011
