Breakfast in the club was quite limited. You are able however to use the restaurant on the lower level which had alot more variety.

I found the Pan Pacific Hotel,
I found the Pan Pacific Hotel, Perth to be quite a good hotel. Although the decor was dated, it was clean and the housekeeping could not be faulted. All the staff were polite and helpful. All questions I asked, of either Reception or the Concierge, were answered swiftly. I dined both in-room and at Montereys and the food and service were both good. My only criticism, which is minor, is that the air conditioning in the room was noisy. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for both families and business people alike.

Great Location
The hotel in itself was in a great location, right on the Swan River, the only down fall was the noise as they were painting the outside of the hotel and started at 8-5, this was quite noisy, I wish they had told me before I arrived as I would have changed the hotel. On a plus the hotel is lovely and I would stay there again as it is in a great location.

Good location
This is a well run business hotel, doesn't really cater to tourists, althought the concierge did tell us what tours he thought were good value and reccommended things to do. I thought it impersonal, but it is what it is. If I wanted personal, I should have stayed in a B & B. My husband liked it because it had Bloomberg and CNN. Our room was big, we had a good view and they kept the coffee set up filled up..I appreciated that because food and drink are spendy in Perth, coffee (even in a dive) is $3.50. Plain coffee is the same as a latte?? Food is expensive in Australia, more so in Perth, farthest Capital city from anywhere. But is a beautiful, stunning and immaculately clean!

Reception staff not very helpful
Reception staff not very helpful on check-in, but concierge was great, very helpful. Guest service staff was good and efficient, gave us complimentary water when requested for slippers. The rooms bathroom looking a little tired. Location provides nice view but a little far from main shopping area. Swimming pool too small for 5star hotel and inconveniently located on lobby level. Hotel overall okay but have stayed in better 5star hotels.
