Extremely helpful and cheerful
Extremely helpful and cheerful staff. Would definately stay here again. Great location for tourists. Rooms were very clean comfortable and newly refurbished. Only complaint was that the apartment(Queen Studio) had only one chair for sitting at the table to eat. I"m sure if I'd asked one more would have been provided.

Shower had quite a bit of mould
Shower had quite a bit of mould and room had no wall hangings. TV remote was not functioning properly. Housekeeping did not replace tea or coffee. Internet access far too expensive compared to many other hotels. Front of house staff were great, room service food excellent. Great location.

Great location
Location is great. Station,Restaurant,bar,shop everything very close to the hotel. Room size is good with clean kitchen. Hotel staffs are friendly. Location of hotel is the middle of the city, but it was very quiet. Cost was little bit expensive, but everything is good for long stay. We would like to stay here again!!

The biggest disappointment was
The biggest disappointment was that there was no hotel parking and it ended up costing us a further $50 for parking in the city, very inconvenient. The service was a little slack, requested a cot, no cot on arrival, requested a late check out and had cleaners come to room twice to see if we had left or not. The room itself was very nice and the location is excellent. Recommend for travellers with no transport!

Apartments are good except the
Apartments are good except the walls are a bit thin. Hear people quite easily. Nice and close to shops and restaurants. Supermarket is very close.

Positive: We very much enjoyed
Positive: We very much enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. Negative: Only real drawback for this hotel is that it costs almost $40 to park in the nearest Wilson's carpark overnight.
