- One Bedroom Unit with one Double Bed offers Alarm clock, Balcony / Terrace, Color TV, Crockery / Cutlery, En-suite / Private bathroom, Heating, Internet access, Iron / Ironing board, Kettle, Kitchenette, Stove / Oven, Tea and coffee making facilities and Telephone. The one-bedroom units have separate bathrooms with bath and shower. The kitchen is also separate with gas stove, hotplates, microwave oven and fridge. All crockery and cutlery is supplied along with a kettle and toaster. The main room is comfortably set out with built-in robes, dining area, color T.V., air conditioning and telephone. There is sleeping for up to three adults or two adults and two children.

Good clean and comfortable budget accomodation in a great location. Pretty much a no frills, self contained unit that served our purposes well. Would stay again...

Good that they have free parking
Good that they have free parking - not enough for all units, but sufficient when we were there. Other centrally located places charge significantly - need to factor in for the price. A bit old, but quite comfortable, obliging friendly management. Good value for the v central location.

Just stayed for seven nights
Just stayed for seven nights , location great for city , ferry , CAT and normal buses . Lovely to be able to see the river. Ten minute level walk to trains (Esplanade station ). Accommodation was comfortable , big bed , good kitchen nd bathroom , old but very clean , plenty of storage cupboards . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here .

Very clean and had a comfortable
Very clean and had a comfortable stay at this motel. Motel is about 10 minutes walk to the Barrack St jetty and city. There is a Vietnamese restaurant nearby and next door is a small convenient store. Staff is friendly and would stay again.

Clean,large room, old but comfortable
Clean,large room, old but comfortable & building is quite soundproof. Easy walk to town. Resturant and an upmarket hotel close. Full fridge, crockery, stove and oven. We only used the kitchen to make breakie. Would stay again
