Squirts mum
clean but noisy
wouldn't reccomend to friends because of pricing, a bit expensive I think.....went to rye for a girls relaxing weekend away, massage & hot springs early nights & sleep ins. The room was very clean & nice (had a great shower) but the noise was quite annoying in the early morning....couldn't believe that rubbish truck collected rubbish at 6.30am on a sunday morning & as we were the 1st room at the start of the hallway the other guests walking past laughing, running, wheeling bags etc added to the noise. Just a bit dissapointed as our main aim was to sleep in & this didn't happen.Was also annoyed that no room service was avalable not even for breakfast :-( & a bit confused about pricing got caught with the US dollars on the website thought I had paid in full then found out I still had another 300 odd owing....definetly not happy about that.Once again though the room was very clean & nice, reception staff were very helpfull too.

Short drive from hotel
hot springs definetly a must visit, be warned you need to book well in advance if you want a treatment other wise you can only use public side, still nice but spa dreaming centre is much nicer.

Location can be noisy as this hotel is directly behind a large hotel (pub). Cleanliness was average - bit dusty in places!
