good location, clean but BAD BAD service

The reception staff were incredibly rude, no concept of customer service at all! The rooms were nice and clean but honestly would rather stay somewhere else.

Tried to add a credit card surcharge

[...]This ws my third stay at this hotel in the last 3 years. The hotel has always been a basic hotel in a great location. I have noticed that the service gets a little worse each time I stay there. I will be looking for a new place next time I am in Melbourne.
