Great location, fabulous view

Clean room with generous size - plenty of room for 3 adults. Had lovely decking on balcony with beautiful view over the harbour in Strahan. Very close to all attractions. Did the seaplane flight - would recommend it highly.

I highly recommend the Hilltop

I highly recommend the Hilltop Executive Harbour View Room, it is private and peaceful. It's a pity that we had a tree blocking an otherwise scenic view. Also I cannot understand why parking meters were installed along the Esplanade, you should not be charged parking just to shop at shops dependent on tourist business. Beautiful view and nice buffet dinner at View 42 Restaurant. Two nights was plenty for us, the Gordon River cruise was wonderful, the rest of the time we drove around the Village but found it a bit boring. Overall we enjoyed our short stay.

Stayed in one of the older motel

Stayed in one of the older motel units up the back it was a bit noisy from other units and a bit over priced for the older style type unit. Sugest try to have a room up the front although more pricey. A bit disappointed with this one.

A really pleasant stay. Hilltop

A really pleasant stay. Hilltop rooms with harbour view are the pick of them. Rooms are spacious with a large deck and fab views. Restaurant was good and bar has a terrace overlooking the bay. Service was reasonably good and 11 am checkout is great. Would definitely stay again. Good value.

Friendly, helpful reception staff,

Friendly, helpful reception staff, smallish but clean and well appointed room, no bath but good shower, bed a bit too firm for my liking but OK, stayed up the back in room 209 which looked on to bushland and was quiet. We ate at Risby Cove - 5-10 min walk from this place - good meal and view over the water, and also ate at a Franklin Manor, diagonally opposite, Risby Cove in a lovely manor house/ B&B - that I would travel out of my way to go to again - the duck entree was amazing! Good value too compared to similar quality venues in Melbourne. Wendy & Alex Melbourne, Vic
