Quality Hotel. THe service upon Checkin and all through out my stay was exceptional. Nothing was too hard or an inconvience. The rooms are large and clean with ample natural light. The location is perfect just a short stroll to the city, I will certainly stay here again.

Good Points:-
Check in was easy
Good Points:- Check in was easy and staff member friendly. Room was lovely, comfortable, well appointed, clean and spacious. Great bed. Evening meal was excellent - beautifully cooked. Recommend the chowder and steak - great stuff Breakfast was OK - you know the usual stuff. Bad Points:- Parking is terrible - very squishy, to the point where "let the passenger out, park the car and then the driver still has to squeeze out". Although the service in the restaurant is very friendly that's all it is. Waited for drinks, no spoon to eat the yummy soup with, and the restaurant was freezing, (air con minus 15, at least) had to go up to room after ordering to get jumper. Breakfast - Unfortunately the service was definately not to standard. Very, very casual (yeah I know it was Sunday morning, but [...] man!!!)Very slow. (not the kitchen) Ordered item didn't arrive, let staff know, was promised it would be removed from account and quess what - it wasn't.

The queen suite was dark and
The queen suite was dark and faced a brick wall and the shower was uninviting. Within minutes of being there we upgraded to a spa suite for and extra $30. The suite was sunny, well appointed and even though we didn't use the spa, the upgrade was well worth the extra.
