25 spacious and superbly appointed apartments, all fully self-contained with modern kitchens, open-plan living and a combination of studio, one and two bedroom apartments to suit all occasions. Rooms are serviced daily and catered for both overnight and long term stays. High speed Broadband Internet connections in all rooms with hourly and daily plans available. All guests can utilise the restaurant, bar and business facilities offered by Lenna of Hobart directly opposite, and make use of the charge back facilities to their room account.

Studio
1 queen bed. Rate is for 2 guests. No foldaway beds (excluding cots)in studios. Kitchenette, FREE off street on site car parking. High speed broadband, no laundry facilities.
One Bedroom
Right on Salamanca Place - Free on site car parking. Queen bed in separate bedroom (not in living area) Full kitchen, laundry , HD TV, High speed broadband in all apartments.
Two Bedroom Townhouse
Great for the family, very spacious 2 Bedroom Townhouses consists of 1 queen bed in the upstairs master bedroom and 2 singles in a second upstairs bedroom. Free off street on site car parking, balconies look over Salamanca Place.
Penthouse
1 Bedroom Penthouse Apartments has 1 queen bed,spacious sunny lounge, large balcony with views over Salamanca Place and out to the River Derwent. Full kitchen, laundry , HD TV, High speed broadband in all apartments.
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom
The 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartments are co joined apartments each has 1 x queen bed and their own bathroom. All on one level no stairs. Full kitchen, laundry , HD TV, High speed broadband in all apartments. Rate applies for 4 guests,using existing bedding. Can accommodate 1 extra person using roll-a-way @ $50 direct to property.

We were very happy with our stay

We were very happy with our stay at Salamanca Terraces Apartments. Our main criticism is that a small safe was not provided in each apartment for cash/cameras and other valuables. This seems to be a standard inclusion in most hotel & apartment accommodation these days. The TV was a bit old too but worked well and reasonable program selection.

I can't speak highly enough of

I can't speak highly enough of the Salamanca Terrace Apaprtments. The apartment had a separate bedroom, proper laundry, full kitchen, enough closet space to keep Paris Hilton happy and was well maintained. Although I only stayed there 1 night, I would definately recommend S.T.A. to people travelling to Hobart for work or for leisure. The top end of town is a 10 minute walk away and Salamanca Markets just around the corner.

Staff very good but room was very small and dated. Location very good, no furniture on the deck to soak up the atmosphere of the area!
