okay
nicely situated in a very nice part of north adelaide. reception staff very helpful. the first room we were offered had no windows ... just one in the bedroom which i found claustrafobic (despite being in the 'new annex') and so requested another room. the staff were more than willing to move us and put us in a more suitable room. no breakfast was provided which was very disappointing. a 'continental type' breakfast was available at $11 or an egg and bacon breakfast to 'do your own cooking with' ... can't comment on this as it didn't arrive (although we had paid for it) !!! personally, overall, i would rate this as a 3* rather than a 4*

We had an annex apartment which
We had an annex apartment which was very new and stylish with good facilities. Being at the back of the complex, it is very quiet and peaceful with a leafy outlook. The location suited our visit very well as the apartments are within walking distance of restaurants, bars and transport. I would certainly stay here again.

A very happy situation to be in,
A very happy situation to be in, so close to city, and ease to travel to my favorite suburbs to the east and into the hills areas. Close shopping and restaurants are added bonus. Accommodation spacious great to spread out in evenings.

A great location close to North
A great location close to North Adelaide shops, eateries etc. Lovely grounds, the apartments are well-appointed & there is secure car parking. Lugging bags up & down the dimly lit flights of concrete stairs can be a little daunting however as there are no lifts.

We first stayed here in 1998 it
We first stayed here in 1998 it was lovely certainly worth it's 4 star rating but after staying here just last week what a disapointment. The room was dirty the bathroom full of mould and smelt mouldy, we needed to use the fold out sofa for extra bedding goodness knows when the sheets were last changed they wre stuck together. We did make mention of it when leaving but the response (I don't think they were that interested) The main reason we try and stay at the higher star ratings is because they are usually nice and clean it's not like you don't pay for it if we didn't care we would have gone budget then we would have expected the lower standard I would give it 3 out of 10.

Great location! Main bedroom was
Great location! Main bedroom was good, second room with two single beds was apparently not so good as the top mattress had a tendency to tip when you got close to the edge, possibly bigger than base. Rather compact apartment, small shared bathroom. Only complaint is the internet was a total rip off! around $27 per day, and $60 something per week. Thankfully there is a brilliant hotel next door that offers free wifi.

Well located on the main drag
Well located on the main drag of North Adelaide. Friendly staff, large comfortable rooms. Slightly dated decor but very clean and well maintained. Excellent option for long stay (I was there for 5 nights) close to pubs, GREAT restaraunts and you could always get a cab. Also just around the corner for parklands with a great 2.2km running track. Top stay all round and great value at around $175 per night.

Having recently stayed in the
Having recently stayed in the Majestic Old Lion Apartments and also attending a function there, I can tell you we had a wonderful time. We found the apartments to be spacious and well set out, with wonderful views in the courtyard. Also so close to everything we could wish for. We were with a group, occupying 3 different rooms, 1x3br, 1x2br & 1br and were really impressed. We would definitely return.

Window sills in 2nd & 3rd bedroom
Window sills in 2nd & 3rd bedroom could do with dusting. Good facility, location for us was ideal. Could do with a pool. A gym was not far away, so no problems & everything else of neccessity was within walking distance, this includes walking to the city.
