Decent hotel
Decent place to stay to get a taste of an uncrowded beach on the Sunshine Coast. Room was good but not great. Nice pool.

Poor service from Reception, phone didn't work properly, bathroom barely clean, Restaurant not good value for money. Basically I would say stay else where if possible.

Firstly, the staff service is
Firstly, the staff service is good and warmly. The price is not too bad. BUT, the important is the room, really small , I booked is the ocean view room. In addition, the bed sheet ,pillow, quilt really bad quality , Feeling like touch a hedgehog. I just want a cotton one. so simply~~

We were married at Surfair and were returning for our 25th wedding anniversary. Despite indicating that we would be there at 2pm, our room wasn't ready which I thought was poor. The hotel room was small and the shower was tiny.

I recently stayed at Surfair Resort,
I recently stayed at Surfair Resort, I have to say that it was the most disappointing hotel that I have ever experienced.From the Reception thru to the very dirty rooms, to the Restaurant where I witnessed cooked food just lying in trays on a bench with at least five filthy towels, and a kitchen hand preparing food with a uniform that was covered in gravy. The bed had a mattress that sank six inches , the fridge cabinet could not be closed so the light stayed on all night, add to that the street traffic below was quite intolerable, that with the fact that you looked onto the Sunshine Coast Airport with complimentary Jet aircraft noise! I was due to stay 2 nights but checked out after one at six am. The Hotel is a very bad example of how one revamps a forty year old building, and the staff really need to know how to look after a guest.. In case you think I haven't any experience in this field. My Company until I sold recently was one of the largest Event Companies in Australia.

Friendly staff, especially Shannon. All staff were helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very good and the grounds are kept immaculate. What a lovely location to holiday with well equipped rooms and a clean beach just metres away.
