- 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment perfect for family or friends. Featuring 2 queens and 2 single beds, a spa bath, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. These apartments receive partial to moderate ocean views with a south easterly aspect looking out towards Point Cartwright.

Excellent Hotel, nice apartment,
Excellent Hotel, nice apartment, very convenient location, easy parking and friendly service. Only complaint is that the washing machine/drier is very complicated to use and takes ages. The view from the rooftop lookout is fantastic. This was our third time staying here and would do so again.

Great Location. Wonderful Staff
Great Location right on the Esplanade and beach. Close to shopping, lots of bakeries and eateries. Grocery store nearby and located just down from the lifesaving station. Beautiful and comfortable room. The pool was very unique and the rooftop hot tub was a treat. Loved watching the Lorikeets nesting in the roof gardens. We rented a car and hiked in Noosa, Glass House Mountains and went to the lookout on Mt. Timbeerwah, amazing views! the Australia Zoo is a must see and Underwater World is right down the street. Best steak I ever had at the Hog's Breath Cafe and had a different pastry every morning at one of the numerous coffee shops. Loved all the outside dining and just walking the Esplanade.

The Landmark is an excellent location
The Landmark is an excellent location close to restaurants, Underwater World and across the road from the beach. Make sure you get a unit with a view of the ocean. The only thing was that the bath/shower units are very high and difficult to navigate especially if you are pregnant, elderly or have an injury. However, reception staff did provide a stool to make entering the bath easier.

This is not a hotel; it is holiday
This is not a hotel; it is holiday apartments. It's fine for what it is; in a great location walk across the road to the beach or along the esplanade for the heart of all the dining / nightlife. My only negative would be that in the apartment we were in there was pretty much no storage area for clothes. One tiny area where you could hang up 2 03 3 things and had 3 very small shelves. Not much of a problem for a day or two; but not good enough for a longer stay.

The location was brilliant, very
The location was brilliant, very close to the beach and restaurants, and yet reasonably quiet. We had a studio room which was tiny! We couldn't fit our bag in the room without tripping over it. Minimal supplies of things like teabags etc. were supplied on the first day only. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and found the location brilliant.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Great location.The only shortcoming is that this apartment is tiny. If you are a couple living out of two suitcases and two cabin bags, there is little space left for the living part, but if you are eating on the street and using the room to just rest and sleep, it is adequate. It was cheaper than other offerings in the area so I guess you get what you pay for.

Very standard hotel, was only
Very standard hotel, was only there 2 days. My only comment is the air con didnt work properly, also the fans in the bathroom needed to be cleaned out.
