Front office very good. Room d
Front office very good. Room disgusting, dead cockroaches in toilet area- all soap dispensers empty- dirt all over bathroom floors never vacuumed- absolutely filthy carpets- lollies stuck on blankets. Never would I stay here again

Very obliging reception staff
Very obliging reception staff on arrival. Good quality meal in the dining room at a very reasonable price. Stayed a second time on return journey. Very satisified. Jim Morris NSW

The only disappointing aspect
The only disappointing aspect of the Quality Inn Rockhampton is that they no longer have their restaurant open on Saturday evenings. The other is that the facilities whilst clean need to be upgraded they are beginning to look old. The staff are excellent we have stayed on previous occasions at the Inn and have always been treated well by its staff. Our stays are always enjoyable and I would recommend the Inn to other travellers.

The room we were allocated was at the back of the property adjacent to a lane way which seemed to be a thoroughfare used by noisy people on their way home after a night out. Apart from that all was good and the staff very obliging.

The overall experience of staying
The overall experience of staying at the Quality Inn Rockhampton was very good. The room and all other facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpfull with nothing being too much trouble.The bar on entering the restaurant was very cosy and a pleasant area for a couple of pre dinner drinks. The menu I found more than adequate with choices to satisfy most paletts. However, the quality of the food did leave something to be desired. Although edible, I found it to be only marginly above pub grub standard which blied the surroundings and price.

Worse hotel in Rockhampton
The front desk staff had no idea what customer service was. They treated everyone as a inconvience and answered all request with a NO, no matter how small. The property itself is small, dingy, dirty and in terrible upkeep. Stay away, don't do it to yourself.
