Located adjacent to Stockland Rockhampton Fair shopping centre, 200m to Sizzlers, cinemas, Hungry Jacks, Hogs Breath Cafe etc. 400m to Red Hill Homemaker Centre, close to Frenchville Sports Club, velodrome, rock pool, 40 mins to Yeppoon and Great Keppel Island cruises. There is parking space for trailers, trucks, coaches and buses. Also the Motel is located about 2 Km from Central Queensland University.

Not adjacent to shops etc as advertised, but all within a walkable distance. Pool was very nice. Restaurant more like a cafe with a bar in the corner - no atmosphere (I opted for room service ) BUT meals were good and great value.
