This hotel was perfect location
This hotel was perfect location for airport, but not for CBD, especially if you don't have your own transport. 30 mins by city cat, or 2 trains to catch. Restaurant and bar not open so had to go out for meal and/or drink, otherwise service from staff was good.

A great position. Currently undergoing renovation so a little rundown in sections. Excellent room, but minimal for a suite-no bath. Otherwise spacious and comfortable. Pleasant, helpful staff.

The ladies at the desk in the
The ladies at the desk in the morning (Monday) were very accommodating and helpful in resolving a problem I had with a double booking (partially my fault). The evening person (Sunday) was distant, seemingly preoccupied, and in my opinion rude. I like this hotel and the service (I have stayed there a few times) and I suppose that good help is hard to find. I will stay there again and if all is routine I am sure everything will be fine.

Rooms were a bit old but big,
Rooms were a bit old but big, with a big bed, advantage when you are tall. Would stay here again for the convenience of being close to the Airport. Staff were lovely, complimentary laundry too!!

Says hotel is close to the airport,
Says hotel is close to the airport, BUT it is not. It is more convenient to find a hotel in Brisbane city center if one is transiting through Brisbane airport. A taxi costs the same amount as going into the city.

Resturant not open on weekend, no overnight staff, very few guests--could be risky in an emergency--otherwise areasonable corporate hotel
