We had an enjoyable 3 day stay
We had an enjoyable 3 day stay at this hotel. Excellent sercurity systems in place. The resort has good access to Surfers Mall and restaurants. Instructions were lacking for the proper operation of the TV and the airconditioning system within the unit. When we pointed this out to the reception desk they informed us they were waiting for instructions from the unit owners. They have a faulty fire alarm system that goes off and guests have to evacuate via the fire escape to the ground floor, from the 14th floor combined with a dicky knee was a painful experience. We will be returning to this hotel in the future.

Found check in swift, with very friendly and efficient staff. Room had lovely view and was clean and spacious. Staff always helpful when needed. Free parking a bonus and also walking distance to shops and Resturants. Close to beach and other facilities. Definitely stay here again, and thanks again to the staff for making stay so relaxing and enjoyable

A great place to stay if you are
A great place to stay if you are in Surfers Paradise as the resort is central to all activities, beach, cafes etc. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are well equipped. Would definately stay there again.

Very impressed with Azzura Surfers
Very impressed with Azzura Surfers Paradise. My one bedroom apartment was spacious with quality furniture and fittings and well equipped. The layout was superior to others I've stayed in, and the large verandah had access from both loungeroom and bedroom. The individual airconditioning system was excellent. Staff were both efficient and friendly, and the location of Azzura at the southern end of Surfers Paradise was within walking distance of everything. Many properties are now charging an additional rate for car parking so I was pleased to see this included in the one tarriff. It does take a bit to impress me and this resort did. I'm a regular visitor to the Gold Coast and will stay with Azzura again. Highly recommended.

The appartemnt was nice and clean,
The appartemnt was nice and clean, but there were a few things that I wan't happy about: We were provided with 2 bath towels for our whole stay, rooms are cleaned only if you stay for 8 or more days, otherwise you have to pay extra, no movies channels, 2 packets of coffee and sugar for my whole stay!

Georgous clean new apartments.
Georgous clean new apartments. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Only downside was you didn't get any clean towels during your stay but there was a washing machine & tumble dryer. Would definately stay again
