2 Bedroom Apartment
Ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people. These apartments contain a large living area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has one queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and can also fit a rollaway bed or cot. These apartments can sleep 4 people on existing bedding and a 5th person on a rollaway bed*. Maximum occupancy is 5 people (3 years+) + 1 infant (0-2 years).
Three Bedroom Aparment
Suitable for larger families with a maximum occupancy of 8 people (3 years+) or 5 people and 2 infants (0-2 years). The majority of these apartments are a town house style with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 toilet and all living spaces downstairs. One Bedroom Apartment

Gold coast calm

It was great to get away from the crowds at the beaches and relax and the lush poolside of the Turtle Beach Resort. Very spacious apartment and well equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer made life much easier.

The Childrens play areas were

The Childrens play areas were not suitable for children under 4 very disappointing. no elevators very difficult to access rooms lugging baggage up 3 flights of stairs. Booked a triple room bedding allocated a double bed plus a roll up bed that was very uncomfortable

I found the facilities very good,

I found the facilities very good, especially with a young child, I would definitely use it again and recommend it to my family. I wish I could say the same about one of the receptionists who handled my checkin. Very rude young lady, who I did confront the next day about the way she spoke to me but unfortunately it had little effect, another patron agreed with me at the time. The rest of the staff were excellent. I would like to suggest that you have an affordable block rate for use of Putt Putt. My grandson aged 6, loved playing it every day and I inquired as to purchasing a block booking for the time we were there, but was told in no uncertain terms by the same receptionist that there was only one rate.

It is a great resort for families

Ample facilities for the whole

Ample facilities for the whole family - 2x tennis courts, 6x pools, put put course, easy walking distance to fabulous beach with lifeguard. Short drive to Mall. Friendly staff. Great with all parking underground and card security system at all entry/exit points for family safety.
