Reserved 1 king for premium price, given 2 small beds, must pay in coins for parking when exiting $9,,,internet $29 each day ... did not work well,,, beds have a pad on it to make it like a custom soft mattress...air conditioning was average took long time to cool room

Booked a spa room, highly recommend, large jetted tub w/walk-in shower. Nice pool area, hotel located within walking ... distance to reef fleet terminal and reef boat depature.

What fun it was to walk along the harbor or through the town and review menus outside before chosing just the right restaurant (and everyone was delightful with wonderful meals).

It was great to just be able to keep our rental car at the hotel (for a daily charge though) and just be able to take a short walk to enjoy Cairns nightlife and not have to worry about drinking and having to catch a cab back home.

Our room wasn't ready and had to wait when we arrived even after check in time. Staff was very accomodating while we waited ... and even gave us a drink while we were waiting and a newspaper. Very good food and staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was perfect. We could walk outside to catch our cruise boat or be picked up by a bus for every kind of tourist ... attraction. The most fun was walking to a restaurant or walking through the park full of people enjoying the sun, the free barbeques and the beautiful community vanishing pools. Shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and friendly people everywhere. The hotel tour desk sent us out on snorkeling and helicopter adventures. We will return and this will be the hotel we will call home then.

This hotel is in a pretty good location and is within walking distance to the nightlife atmosphere. We really enjoyed how ... friendly and helpful the staff was. They gave us great insight on places to go and see to help make our trip more enjoyable. We didn't like the use of the hot tub as the jets only stayed on for what seemed to be less than 10 minutes at a time therefore someone had to keep getting out of the tub and pressing the start button eveytime. The hotel room was nice for the cost of it but it was not as nice as I expected a Hilton Hotel to be.
