Comfort and style in Cairns
Relax in style in the Cairns Harbour Lights hotel, directly facing the Cairns marina waterfront and in close proximity to the Great Barrier Reef departure point. A variety of spa treatments are available onsite for a relaxing stay. There is also a sauna, outdoor rooftop swimming pool and fitness center. Union Jack has great live music and drink specials. Irish band and a U2 cover band on St Patrick's Day!

Had a wonderful night. Exception service from Amber and Terence (Reception) at Harbour Lights. Late checkout was nice for a change. Fully recommended. Plan to go back.

Harbour Lights Hotel - Cairns
Great stay at Harbour Lights! We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment there, definitely worth it to upgrade to 1-bedroom. We got a room on a higher floor with a view of the Harbour, and they even allowed us to check in very early. Reception: The reception desk was amazing, very helpful, courteous and professional. They helped us plan our activities, and booked our tours...and gave us very helpful information on the different options (opinions + reviews) for heading out to the Great Barrier Reef and to Kuranda. Location: Location of the hotel is AWESOME, very close to everything you need -- convenience store, harbour restaurants, harbour port where ships take off for Great Barrier Reef, casino across the street, and internet cafes. Highly recommend a stay in this location. Cleanliness/apartment maintenance: The apartment is overall quite nice, quite spacious and modern. The only thing is that the towels had stains on them and the bed decorative sheet (roll of decorative fabric placed on end of bed) was dirty and stained. So I would say that they need to be more meticulous with their cleaning. We asked for new towels and they sent them up immediately, and these were clean. Overall, I was say this was a great stay! We had a wonderful time in Cairns!

An excellent hotel. Very handy to shops etc. Great service from desk staff - requested a particular room and staff went the extra mile to make it happen! Harbour view room had excellent views.
