The Docks on Goodwin is conveniently located in the heart of Kangaroo Point. Two towers of accommodation provide secure and comfortable inner city living at this popular resort like complex close to the river walks and ferry terminals. For short and long term stays, the contemporary studio, one and two-bedroom fully self contained apartments offer the discerning traveler spacious, convenient and affordable living. There are plenty of local restaurants to choose from including Louey's Italian Restaurant next door and the Story Bridge Hotel is adjacent. Convenience stores, cafe/delicatessen, bottle shop and hairdresser/beauty salon are all nearby. Facilities include a gymnasium, 25m heated lap pool, spa, sauna, full size floodlit tennis court, barbecues and wide screen theater, all in a location with easy access to the CBD, public transport and a variety of dining options. Modern 1 bedroom plus study apartment. Open plan living with large balcony, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Enjoy the extra space for either work or pleasure. Queen size bed, extra guests accommodated on double sofa bed.
2 Bedroom Apartment
Spacious fully equipped two bedroom apartment with contemporary furnishings. Large balcony off living area, master bedroom with ensuite and seperate balcony. Bedding configuration is a 1 king and 1 queen size bed or 1 queen and 2 king single bedss. 5th person accommodated on a rollaway bed if required.
Deluxe Studio
Spacious studio apartment with separate living area, queen size bed, balcony, laundry facilities and fully equipped kitchenette with cooktop, dishwasher and convection microwave.

Excellent choice, good access

Excellent choice, good access to City and Southbank via Taxi or Ferry. Staff very good, rooms excellent and internet provided at no extra change. Highly recommended will use again.

The apartments were clean. Did

The apartments were clean. Did not realise they were not being serviced daily or I would have reconsidered and found accom. elsewhere. After checking in we found the apartments were not manned for the whole long weekend, therefore no one could be contacted for any extras if required (as stated in their brochure in the apartment). Only given two towels for the whole 4 days, 1 toilet roll, 2 small pieces of soap etc. Washing machine and dryer not working efficiently, therefore towels could not be washed or dried quickly, no extra soap powder or detergent etc. after first wash. When going on holidays do not want to go and do shopping for cleaning equipment and coffee, tea etc especially when we chose the location so we did not require a car. Have stayed in many holiday apartments and although they were not serviced daily they were stocked up with the main essentials every day like towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea etc. Will not be staying in this one again.
