Great location for shopping and restaurants with apartments providing views over the Brisbane botanic gardens and river. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious with a large balcony to take in the city below. Comfortable beds and good sized bathroom plus ensuite in main. Highly recommended.

A really great place to stay. Location was perfect, the only imperfection were the staff. Hopefully for their sake they were just having a bad day.

Given that the hotel was affected

Given that the hotel was affected by the recent floods it was an enjoyable stay. The apartment was ideal, the only draw back was that we were on the 8th floor and the bedroom and lounge room windows were directly facing office buildings, so we could not really get any natural sunlight without being on show. The pool and bbq facilities were good, only draw back was that there is a huge air vent next to the pool that blew warm air directly at the pool. Location was great, we didn't want to be in the heart of the cbd so being on the edge of the cbd was fantastic, we were a short stroll away from the cultural hub "southbank" and enjoyed our morning walks through the botanical gardens. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Considering the recent floods,

Considering the recent floods, I was impressed by the standard of service and condition of the hotel despite obvious diffictulties. A couple of small points - I looked everywhere for the iron, and because Reception wasn't answering the switch number, I had to actually go down to Reception (in the one operating lift) to ask. It was under the laundry tub which is fine, but in the absence of a hotel Directory, a sign near the ironing board would avoid the frustration. I was told a loit of people have trouble locating the iron. No biggie - just a suggestion.

Hotel location is good.Close to

Hotel location is good.Close to most of the places such as shopping and resturants. Also close to parks and other places of interests. House keeping is not good.We contact receiption many times to get minor things like toilet papers. Last day of we stay at this hotel they didnt clean the room. All rubbish were in the room. We stay 6 days but they didnt change the bed linen for all 6 days. Other than that hotel is good.

The accomodation is in an ideal

The accomodation is in an ideal location, for City centre attraction, theatres etc. The apartment was a reaonable size, and the kitchen well-equipped. The place was clean, but a few maintenance items were noted. However, when an item was pointed out, the staff were receptive and friendly. The car park is very spacious for this type of apartment building!!
