Being alone on this trip, I always
Being alone on this trip, I always felt safe and secure at your hotel. The staff were warm, friendly and efficient. I was very happy with the chauffeur service and will definately use this on my next stay. I ordered just one room service meal and was dissapointed with it, however the breakfast in the resturaunt was excellent. The close proximity to the cbd was great. Many thanks to Chloe, Simon and the many happy helpful staff members.

Our biggest rant is about the
Our biggest rant is about the breakfast buffet. For $28 each we were disappointed. Most of the hot food was cold e.g. eggs, bacon, mushrooms. The only thing that was good was the fresh fruit but when it was all gone at only 9.30 it wasn't replenished. It was our own fault for not checking it out first before paying. Otherwise the room and facilities were fine.

Disappointed
Service could be much better, such as not keeping one waiting too long. Internet access is not included; I wouldn't mind paying the extra ten dollars but it did not work most of the time and support was not helpful.

Nightlife tip:
Long walk from hotel
Downtown is a bit of a walk but once there you'll find a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, and stores. Bring a good amount of cash or a decent credit card if you want to have a good time; cost is very high.

Hotel Urban was clean and quiet for most of the time. Pricing was OK for being just outside the CBD. Car Park was tight.

As Hotel Urban has a good relationship
As Hotel Urban has a good relationship with the 'Droughtmaster Stud Cattle Society' I chose it to stay at the recent Ekka. I was pleasently surprised at how nice it is and value for money and would stay there again. Thank you.
