Our booking was made online for

Our booking was made online for a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people. The second bedroom had only a single bed and we were not told when checking in that the bed for the 4th person folded out from the lounge chair. We had to speak to reception to find this out. Although the booking was made for 4 people, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Again we had to ask reception for towels for everyone. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great spot to stay if you are

Great spot to stay if you are going to Suncorp Stadium. About a 15 mins walk. Also the Chinese restaurant downstairs is excellent !!!!

Stayed two nights in a one bedroom

Stayed two nights in a one bedroom apartment, it was an ideal location to visit Suncorp Stadium which you can walk to in about 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants to pick from in Park Road. The apartments were clean and undergrund carparking free. Definitely will return.

We enjoyed our stay

This hotel location was great for us. Near the river and the thriving Park Rd restaurant area, close to the city and convenient to family living in the western suburbs. Nice, safe area, much better than other near-urban areas like Spring Hill. Secure covered parking included. Our 2 bedroom apartment was a bargain, much nicer than a hotel room. Web access very satisfactory. Cleaning needs to be more carefully done-- some lint and dust near the washing machine carelessly missed by hotel staff. Management needs to pay more attention to this.

We were rather surprised to find

We were rather surprised to find a significant amount of mould in the grouting of the bath/shower. Even though a late checkout was advertised and was asked for we did not get a response and then it was all too hard for the staff to organise because it would be too much inconvenience for other staff members and they would be subject to the backlash from it.

Etablissement moyennement accessible avec véhicule car pas de place pour décharger les bagages; très bien sécurisé, spa pool très médiocre, un long séjour est déconseillé; extérieur ancien mais intérieur chic.
