Could not ask for better service !!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone as I did when I arrived back at work from my overnight stay due to a conference I attended on the other side of brisbane. The PM staff on the 21st July were unbelievably helpful, friendly, courteous , and fast at correcting the non working air/con in my room. They moved me within minutes , offered any other help they could. My dinner was delivered fast and was delicious , !!! It was a perfect location to where I was going and everything I needed in inner city was a walk away. They explained and made sure I knew how to get to my conference in the easiest way. I could not say thank you enough to all the staff incl restaurant staff who spent there time to direct me to the venue. Explained there menu patiently ad very descriptive . The food was amazing. It would have to be the best place I have ever stayed and felt totally satisfied with everything. I can not fault them. I hope the company recognize and praise there pm staff as they are very lucky to have such dedicated staff. Thank you all of you for a very very nice stay.

Clean hotel close to CBD

Nice, quiet and clean hotel. Only disappointment was having to pay high fees for WiFi. The hotel could at least provide one hour free so that one can check in to their flight or check email.

Not what is advertised

When booking I checked and this hotel advertises parking and in room internet. What they do not advertise is that both these are billed and not complimentary like the vast majority of hotels now. Also stayed Sunday night and went to the restuarant to find it was closed. Room service was available. To be fair the staff did serve us in the restuarant but one would expect it to be open. Restuarant pricing was high end for what was offered.

Satisfies a Family of 4

Extremely easy to get to from Brisbane Airport via Skytrain (rail) and then a short walk from Fortidude Valley Station to the Adina. We were on the 9th floor with a great view of the Storey Bridge and Brisbane River. It is an excellent location to walk along the promenade and into the CBD. We just loved it. Our family included wife and 2 sons in their 20's. Easy access to restaurants, bars, entertainments, CBD, etc. We happen to stay at the Adina in Berlin first and then realised it was Australian owned and then tried out the one in Brisbane. My family will definitely return there again. My boys loved it. Ideal. Staff extremely helpful and could not go out of their way to assist.

Great for the price

This hotel was very close to the music venue we were going to and had a great price. It was a bit more modern than I expected. Very easy to find and access. Staff were friendly. Wish we had of gotten a room on the river side and with a balcony, which I did assume we were getting until we got there. All in all, if i was heading back to the same venue or wanted to stay near the valley again, i would stay here again.

average

Probably one of the most average hotels I have stayed at. We were put in a room with no view, bed was uncomfortable, and bath was hard to get in and out of. No free foxtel movies as was described in their room book. Nothing much to recommend.

Night out

Hotel is in perfection position within the city. Short walk to the valley for the night life, or to the city strolling along the river. Bargain basement price, but still with the quality you expect. It is THE only place to stay.
