I was a little concerned about staying here after reading some other reviews, however we had a group of six people (two rooms) and we all found it to be more than adequate. It was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful with several requests. We also ate at the restaurant a couple of times and found it to be very good and there was also entertainment.

I found the facilities , cleanliness
I found the facilities , cleanliness and the pricing good. But the service I receved on the frount desk was the worst service I have ever recived at a resort , the girls were rude and not very willing to help at all, so much that if i was traveliing to airlie beach again I would not stay at club croc again, the attitudes I encountered on the front desk really had a negative impact on may holiday. But like I said I was happy with everything else it is disappointing that something so simple was your greatest downfall

Great to stay somewhere where
Great to stay somewhere where you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to. Everything available, food, bar, pool & spa. I would recommend to anyone for good priced accomadation.

It was overall just a awful experience
It was overall just a awful experience I wouldn't stay there again if I was paid to!!!! For a over $100 a night there were holes in the walls, we had to use excessive force for our key to fit into the lock to get into our room, the so called 'double bed' was just 2 singles pushed together so by the morning the beds had moved apart and you were sleeping wedged in the gap, very badly stained sheets & pillows!!! they wouldnt give us new ones so we bought some just for our stay, staff were the most unhelpful I have ever met and just not interested, food was awful, the list goes on and on....I would just like to stay I'm not a hard person to please & I wouldn't say I am overly fussy but Club Crocodile was just ridiculous!!!!

The pool and spa need repairs
The pool and spa need repairs to sharp cracks as my children received so many cuts to their skin. The food quality was poor and they had limited choices for children. Drunken patrons were not controlled during the night.
