Great value and location!
Staff was wonderful. Needed to store luggage for two days prior to check-in. When we arrived baggage was waiting in upgraded room. What a wonderful surprise.

The Basement near circular quay. Happened to catch finals of cabaret contest. Great and yet unknown venue. Just the right size!

The bath leaked water from under
The bath leaked water from under the tub directly, mould growing under the sink and in the grout. Mostly lack to adequate cleaning. for 4 person do you think the 150ml per day in enough to tea or coffee?? :-( Poor Quality, rather stay at home or [other hotel] they are cleaner.

Good value if slightly bland modern
Good value if slightly bland modern hotel near Chinatown and good restaurants. Easy transport links to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour.

Great Location for the Price
Great location and I recommend the hotel highly. Don't bring a car if you are interested in downtown Sydney. Mine never left the garage and the parking fee just added to the cost. There is an inexpensive shuttle to the airport. My only complaint is the high cost of internet service. Although typical of many hotels, $25/day was too exhorbitant to use.

Short drive from hotel
Don't rent a car if you are staying in Sydney. The airport is really close and shuttles and cabs are much cheaper than renting and parking.

The staff were fantastic, friendly
The staff were fantastic, friendly & helpful over our 3 night stay, the amentities outside our room, & the service also.However, our corner room was a bit disappointing as it was quite tiny & instead of a lounge it only provided 2 dining room chairs to sit on, the curtains needed a wash, the mattress needed replacing & the toilet button needed to be pushed so hard I thought I would break my finger & the air-cond just didn`t ever feel cool either sadly. The other rooms we saw whilst there didn`t seem as pokey as ours & for a 3 night stay I would have presummed we could have had instead.
