Bad Location
Hotel room itself was nice, clean, spacious enough and comfortable. it was quiet and pleasant. however, the location is about an HOUR train ride away from the city center, making it extremely inconvenient. also, the hotel is housed with a casino - and not classy vegas style, but dirthole Old vegas style. plus the lobby always smelled like skunk. We chose this place because it was the cheapest place we could find during the peak new year season. Again, service and room itself were fine, but location and building make this an unattractive choice.

As I attend many functions at the Bankstwon Sports Club, this is the third time that I have stayed at the Travelodge Bankstown. I can highly recommend it.

One night review
Nice clean rooms, internet access way too expensive. Was more a casino, restuarant complex as a hotel. Nice place if everything in the more popular areas of Sydney are totally booked.

In Hotel
There is a casino at the complex so if gambling is your thing to do then you can do it in the comfort of your own hotel. Basically slot machines though, not the full service like one would expect in Vegas.
