Fantastic hotel right in the centre

From the moment we entered the
From the moment we entered the the valet drive through till we reluctantly left two days later the Westin has been one of the best hotel experiences. The staff were friendly; clearly new their roles and were incredibly obliging. The facilities were clean and modern. The location is so central to everything Sydney has to offer. Well done Unfortunately the pool wasn't available for our use; this would have added that something else. If there is a lap pool advertised it should be available!

fantastic location. warm reception
fantastic location. warm reception staff but the bell boys were consistently uninterested and unmotivated in serving customers. I only recall one bell boy (indian background) would greet and offer help for the past few times that we stayed at the hotel. We were also very sick the night we ate the mosaic restaurant. Unsure if that was a coincidence but we have reported it to the hotel. Would definitely stay again in the future

I stayed at the Westin Sydney Hotel for the first time and was very impressed. The room was amazing and the friendliness of the hotel staff made it one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Would definately recommed staying here.

from the moment I arrived in the
from the moment I arrived in the lobby and heard the soft music and saw the smiling faces at reception I thought it was a very good start to what was only a brief stay at this hotel. I had stayed at the Westin in Melbourne some years ago but hadn't had occasion to stay at the Sydney property. Now that my husband and I have moved to the Southern Highlands, we need to stay one night each week in the CBD and it was pure luck that I when I logged onto [website] I found a good rate that we could afford. The bed is indeed heavenly and I was able to have a cup of tea, reclining against such soft pillows and read the morning's paper - a luxury I haven't had for such a long time. It really set a happy tone for my weekend.
