The hotel room was spacious, clean
The hotel room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We had city views so enjoyed having the curtains open. I was not so impressed with the service at the front desk - we arrived late on a Friday night - the weather was dreadful. The desk clerk was chatting to some one and did not give us even a quick glance to let us know she had acknowledged us. Unfortunately this girl was on for the 2 days we were there so did not have the opportunity to compare service with any others. Would i stay there again - yes most probably - location was great.

King bed was 2 beds joined together
King bed was 2 beds joined together which isn't the most comfortable as you can feel the split. We were disturbed twice by staff, first time was staff coming in to do room service within an hour of us arriving in our room & the second was someone wakinging us up wanting to check the minibar more than an hour before we were due to check-out.

Everything about the hotel was good for the pricing, however i think more option with late night room service, instead of 3 meal options and no dessert did put down the hotel. If they offered dessert and more food options after 10pm that would make more of an enjoyable stay

Our stay at the Bayview was a nice few days away for an excellent price. The hotel was very clean however we were not overly impressed with the housekeeping services who consistently left us without towels. Reception could not be contacted by phone on either of these occasions providing further frustration at having to physically go down and speak to them in person. The buffet breakfast was overpriced and understocked.
