Value hotel in Kings Cross with views of the skyline and harbor

We had extreme difficulty with our electronic swipe card which had to be reset 4 times, the Duty Manager was rude and offensive and we have complained formally in writing to the Hotel Management

Hotel staff very helpful especially
Hotel staff very helpful especially the French guy at Reception. Very nice, easy 3 night stay. Fantastic views!!! Which is why we originally chose it.

THis hotel is well located within
THis hotel is well located within walking distance of Kings Cross, the city, the botanic gardens and Wooloomooloo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the renovation has left the rooms in a good state. The view is absolutely fantastic, and worth a bit extra for the Harbour side rooms. THere is a great restaurant and bar on the top floor.

It's always a pleasure to return
It's always a pleasure to return to the Boulevard. There are better appointed and more modern hotels around, but this one has been well maintained, and being older means that the room sizes are generous for the price. Also if you're in a harbourview room (as I was, courtesy of an upgrade) the view is truly magnificent. Staff are very helpful and it couldn't be handier, located midway between the city and the Paddington shopping areas, and with Stanley St across the road, there is no shortage of places to eat.
