You cannot beat the location of
You cannot beat the location of this hotel for being in the middle of everything Sydney. At the same time it is like a sanctuary to come home to at the end of a long day. The staff are soooooo friendly and helpful - really well trained in customer service. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The lobby bar is also a great place to meet up with friends!

Overall the Swissotel was a great
Overall the Swissotel was a great place to stay for visiting Sydney; within walking distance of everything; lovely clean rooms and friendly staff; great breakfast in the restaurant; our only criticism would be that the bed was a little on the hard side.

Great location, quality rooms.
We used the great location in the central business district as a base for all our daily sightseeing trips. Right on a major bus line and monorail termimal. The reception area was a little hard to find (on the eigth floor of a large building) but the staff was very helpful and the room was very nice.

The staffs are very friendly.
The staffs are very friendly. The buffet breakfast was good. Although the furnitures are quite outdated (room doesn't have DVD player), but the rooms are clean and very spacious. VERY GOOD LOCATION located at the centre of CBD. Good service. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and I will stay here again.

My Husband and myself, plus our
My Husband and myself, plus our 2 international visitors stayed at the Swissotel Sydney for 2 nights and had the most fabulous time. The staff were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful ... even when Sydney was pouring with rain and we were about to walk to Darling Harbour, they gave us complimentary umbrellas !!! Loved the Bathrooms..... We will be back.

We loved the Swissotel Sydney. Great location, wonderful room, and staff, especially the bellhop/concierge group, was terrific. We would strongly recommend to anyone staying in Sydney.

Awesome!
The location of Swissotel made it possible for us to visit top attractions on foot, like the Sydney Opera House and Darling Harbor. We walked everywhere, had a great time popping into hidden shopping gems, and save much on cab fare. The PBJ staff were also extremely friendly. Our favorite wait-staff made our dinners some of the best we've had.

Walk around the corner to the Art House hotel and enjoy live acoustic rock music or live jazz. The scene is awesome and the ambiance is unbeatable.
