Opulence meets comfort at this Hyde Park gem
Sheraton on the Park is a stately grand dame on the edge of Hyde Park showcasing luxurious rooms and sophisticated interiors for discriminating travelers. The hotel impresses business and leisure travelers with an imposing exterior, opulent double staircase in the lobby and nautical-inspired quarters that feel downright homey. The fantastic location in Sydney's center and slew of hotel amenities, including a divine spa, indoor rooftop pool with tower views, and fine eateries make guests feel like royalty.

Room is clean and nice, but service
Room is clean and nice, but service is poor. When asked for a pair of slippers, it took them more than half an hour to deliver to my room. The front desk staff speaked with an arrogant manner. The service is not up to five star hotel's expectation.

Well it is the Sheraton so we
Well it is the Sheraton so we expect 5***** as that's what we pay that little bit extra for right? We arrived at 9pm as noted and still wanted us to pay the $50 late check out rate? What happened to going that extra mile? The hotel was not fully booked. Also paying $40 a day for parking for inhouse guests staying for 3 days ? Where is the care there? All else was good apart from the effort of getting blood out of a stone from the concierge for information. Service please ;)

Excellent stay
room was very nice, breakfast buffet wonderful. Great location,pool spa nice. We will stay again. Issues, no airport shuttle available to or from airport.

Nice location
The location of the hotel was very nice for the purpose of walking around the main area of Sydney city. Most stuffs are friendly and helpfull, but some of them are not. We were forced to wait without proper explanation at dinner, or we got no response after ordering coffee.

Fantastic Experience
The hotel experience was exactly what I needed. My only disappointments were that I still had to pay for internet (at over $20/day) and I had to depart early on checkout and couldn't enjoy the hotel longer (though that's no fault of theirs). The room was perfect, well appointed with a comfortable king bed and beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was included in my rate, and the buffet had plenty of options to satisfy anybody. All the attractions of the city are within a reasonable walking distance (Darling Harbour, Opera House, The Rocks), and if you would prefer a taxi they are always waiting outside.

Good central location an easy taxi ride from the airport. Spacious well appointed room but a bit short on storage space. Would not accept frequent traveller card when booked through non-hotel travel site. A$9 for a bottle of water.
