Opulence meets comfort at this Hyde Park gem
Sheraton on the Park is a stately grand dame on the edge of Hyde Park showcasing luxurious rooms and sophisticated interiors for discriminating travelers. The hotel impresses business and leisure travelers with an imposing exterior, opulent double staircase in the lobby and nautical-inspired quarters that feel downright homey. Wonderful experience!
Hotel was expensive but we probably saved money because it was right in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere or took the ferry.So it was definitely worth the extra cost. Staff was very friendly and tried extra hard to please you. Magnificent rooms with wonderful views.

Short walk from hotel
We wanted to see an Opera at the famous opera house. We found out that if you take a tour they offer you 50% off a show, so do not book an Opera before you leave.

all staff were obliging, pleasant,
all staff were obliging, pleasant, ready with a smile and information and were very polite when i inadvertantly left my bag at the check out desk (completly forgot and walked off) once i realised and went back three hours later! they were very nice about it but suggested I be more careful in future. a delightful place to stay with greqt staff.

Beautiful hotel with up to date
Beautiful hotel with up to date amenities and rooms. Staff were very friendly. Great location opposite Hyde park and in the centre of the CBD. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was very very filling, lots to choose from and way too much to eat in one sitting!

Generally dissatsfied by the
Generally dissatsfied by the lack of service, including:- 1. Lack of bathroom amenities. No paste/brush No combs No disposal shavers (No additional soaps/shampoos were left in room for 2nd night. 2. No bedroom slippers until requested 3. No Complimentary water 4. Bed room not cleaned untl 3 pm after request 5. Bed sheets not changed

Lovely Hotel great location for shopping and attractions in central Sydney. Rooms very clean, spacious and well appointed. Would highly recommend this Hotel for overseas visitors due to its location. Staff were very attentive. You will not be dissappointed if you stay at this Sheraton.
