Rydges World Square Hotel Sydney invites business and leisure travelers to tastefully appointed rooms and suites, modern facilities, and favorable location in the central business district. We noticed on arrival to our room
We noticed on arrival to our room that it had not been vaccumed as nut shells and paper were under the sindo next to the bed there was also a half bottle of wine someone had left in the fridge - and I didnt think that the sheets were changed but the staff couldnt have been nicer or more helpful.

The service seems to be what sets
The service seems to be what sets Rydges Word Square apart from other mid city hotels. Everyone is friendly, efficient and attentive without being intrusive. They seem like they actually want to help. A busy time at checin was seamless due to the efficiency of the counter staff. The room was large, neat and clean as a pin. No view to speak of but it's in the middle of the city. I'll be back.

The best hotel I have stayed in
The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. All staff were very friendly and eager to help with all our questions and needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting accomodation in the city in Sydney. I would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located which is vital
Centrally located which is vital for a short stay. My double room was a decent size and comfortable. Bathroom facilities (and facilities generally) were a little jaded but quite acceptable. I would be happy to stay at the Rydges again.

the room was overall quite nice,
the room was overall quite nice, good facilities. reception staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful despite a very busy period, they were also doing extra work as they were taking housekeeping inquiries as well. We went to the bar for drinks and the bar staff were hopeless, they were unhelpful, didnt know their alcohol and walked off mid service and was not aware of promotions. they also kept telling us to ask other people when they couldnt answer a question, when they should be the ones finding out for us. location is fantastic, short stroll to pitt st mall and other major shopping and food outlets. fantastic little cafe next door for brekky if u wanted to venture outside the hotel.

great place to stay, very central
great place to stay, very central to everything, nice and clean, good bed. the only downside i found was the reception staff are not very friendly. they need to smile when greeting guests.
