Rydges World Square Hotel Sydney invites business and leisure travelers to tastefully appointed rooms and suites, modern facilities, and favorable location in the central business district. Only a small issue: general cleanliness
Only a small issue: general cleanliness not really reached a good standard, eg. rubish bin plastic bag linning not done properly, emptied shampoo bottles not disposed, and carpet cleaning perphaps also needs more attention.

Exelent place to stay but a bit
Exelent place to stay but a bit expencive, loved the breckfast it was well worth the money. room was as it said & the staff are their to help in any way they can.

Rooms nice but overpriced. Buffet breakfast very disappoiniting. Definetely wouldn't bother staying here again, unless there was a good deal with the tariff. Very nice ambience at The Square Bar, and a perfect place to relax after a busy day, or to enjoy a night cap. Lovely decor, wonderful cocktails, great selection of beers and tasty bar food..... very enjoyable and relaxing.

Location was ok, the rooms were pretty simple and basic. Wasn't as nice as the pictures but was ok just for a night's stay.

Excellent location with supermarkets
Excellent location with supermarkets and a range of restaurants to choose from right on the ground and basement levels. Room of reasonable size with twin beds big enough for an adult and a child. The only criticism is that there is no kettle for boiling water.

Considering this hotel is in a busy part of Sydney - I had quite an enjoyable stay. Room felt secure as the room card is required to be used in the elevator to take you to the required level. Nice bathroom with bath and separate shower. Comfortable bed so slept well.

A good four star hotel located
A good four star hotel located in the opposite end of Sydney to the main tourist drawcards. If you need to be in this part of Sydney then this is the place.

Most aspects were great but felt
Most aspects were great but felt that they suffered from staff shortages, as although the room was clean and serviced, there were no bath mats provided. Also the buffet breakfast the next morning, tables were very slow to be cleared thus creating a backlog of guests wishing to sit and the buffet items were very slow in being replenished. Tea and coffee provided was abysmal!

The bedside tables both had food
The bedside tables both had food and drink on the surface so I was unable to place any of my belongings there. ie phone, book etc. I thought I can put up with this one night and it will be cleaned in the morning but they were not touched again!! ICK!!
