Friendly Staff
We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, with no pressure. The room was quiet except for street noise, possibly because one of the double windows wasn't completely closed but screwed shut. Very easy to get around from the location. But notice the change of name of the hotel from Marque. Luckily our taxi driver found it fine. Also enjoyed the free shuttle the city provides.

Central location in the city,
Central location in the city, for an overnight stay. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and at breakfast, in dining room. Room was very clean and comfortable, so would definitely return to the Marque Hotel. 3 hours free wi fi internet in room, was a welcome extra.

Wonderful position! Staff friendly
Wonderful position! Staff friendly & helpful. Loved the shower! Could hear the TV noise and various other noises between rooms. Corridor noise was also disturbing, including the lift call noise. Doors should be better sound-proofed! Traffic noise was also relatively loud given that the windows were double glazed. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Very good location, close to theatres,
Very good location, close to theatres, markets, Darling Harbour, Central station. Quite a lot of traffic noise in the evening but not too disturbing. Rooftop facilities would be great in warmer seasons

Everything about the hotel was
Everything about the hotel was excellent, from service to facilities. Although it might be a hassle if you're driving as it is on a very busy street, other than that the location is fantastic. Room was not noisy considering it was next to two main streets! Staff are fantastic, very friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to assist you.
