Was ok for a quick stay

We stay in the Premium Triple room is good size and comfortable bed. Good location but there was no kitchen/microwave in the room but it has in hotel facility which operate from 7am till 10pm only. There no shower cap provided. And the floor has many stair step that hard for us with baby pram. You would not consider if you have to use disable chair or a baby pram for this hotel. And when you check out of the hotel, you need to hire the locker as there no services for storage you luggages at all.

My husband is an above-knee amputee who uses crutches when travelling.Disabled access was difficult. Reception was on the first floor, with steep steps or a lift that was not working on our second night. We had difficulty finding the rear lift (thru fire doors) with no signage. The shower leaked over the floor - very slippery. Bed was very comfortable - room very small

Excellent location!! Can't beat it, right in the heart of everything. Bus at the door, market 100m away train 200m away. Room was very presentable and modern, not sure if every room is like that though, as they told us they had given us a free upgrade. Room was ultra quite, due to not having any openable windows, which i would suggest being the only real downside as basically no ventalation, which caused it to be quite stuffy. We became aware also that you must keep bathroom door closed when showereing and an hour after ( although it gets very steamy and very small ) due to setting silent fire alarm off with the steam and having fire brigade arrive at your room. Despite this overall for the price and location i would highly reccomend this hotel.

Very small room for 4 people. No table or chairs, Very tidy, Room and sheets were clean but blankets covered in hair a bit off putting. The pub downstairs made it a bit noisy in the evenings and the church made it an early Sunday AM.

Photos of rooms indicated they were much larger. Room was very small but clean. Disappointing that we had to pay for luggage storage. I have never encountered this in either boutique or larger hotels.

Do not stay in romm 116.We couldnt sleep, as there is a bar in the next room.We complained but they didnt have another vacant room.The noise didnt stop til 5.20am.

Enjoyed the upgrade so cannot comment on standard room with shared facilities. Comfortable room, but bed a bit short for my long legs. Service provided by staff was at all times friendly and helpful. I liked the locality, close to transport, theatres and food. Would have no problems staying there again and suggesting it to my friends.

Didn't mind that the room was small, but don't like having no window at all. Room and linen very clean and comfortable.

Stayed for one week over New Year 2009/10. The location is good, mostly nice staff and ok room, but the walls are paper thin! We had a room on the first floor, close to the reception so not only did we get quite a lot of noise from the traffic outside, we also heard people talking at reception all hours... from early until late... and on top of that had very loud neighbours a couple of the nights. Service was ok, but we had to ask for a refill of soap and shampoo after four days of not getting any refills at all! It was also a bit annoying that when we checked out, we were asked to pay for one internet session although we'd paid cash in advance every time. Of course we explained that we HAD already paid, and didn't have to pay again, but left with the feeling that the lady at reception didn't quiet believe us. Still, we would consider staying at the Pensione again, if we could have a room a little more quiet.
