Affordable contemporary rooms in downtown Sydney
Travelers hunting for reasonably-priced rooms with style and flair land at the Park Regis. Located minutes from Darling Harbour, Royal Botanical Garden, the Sydney Aquarium and a couple blocks from Central Station assures that leisure and corporate travelers arrive at nearly every major attraction (and the airport) with ease. The rooftop swimming pool offers expansive views of downtown Sydney, making it a great place to lounge after a long day of work or sightseeing.

This hotel is in a great location
This hotel is in a great location in the city however being in the city meant constant traffic noise, emergency vehicle sirens, doors slamming shut and pedestrian noise. The rooms were clean and bright however with all the noise we didn't get much sleep.

Outstanding location near Town
Outstanding location near Town Hall, Queen Victoria Building, Hyde Park, and both bus and train connections. Lots of places to eat or buy food to go nearby. The rooms are a bit cramped and no drawer space for longer stays, but, who spends that much time in a hotel room on a fun trip?

Room was very very hot. No cooling
Room was very very hot. No cooling facilities. Complained to front desk about the warmth of the room on atleast 3 occassions. Was told there was nothing they could do as there is no cooling. But we were advised to open the window to cool and ventilate the room. This meant we were unable to sleep as the location of the hotel is in a very part of the Sydney CBD, so all we could hear all night were cars, screaming, the monorail, sirens and other noise.. Overall it was a very poor experience and would not recommend Park Regis Sydney

The location is excellent and the main sights of Sydney are within walking distance. As other guest indicate - there is a significant amount of street noise mainly due to the fact that the windows are not double-glazed. The room was small - especially the bathroom. There was not enough counter space to hold a toothbrush!

The room I found small, I rang
The room I found small, I rang the Park Regis and asked for the room to be 3 single beds which it was not so we fixed it ourselves ther was only 2 glasses,2 cups and 2 towels but they did organise the extras for us the location was excellent and the service was good.
