Affordable contemporary rooms in downtown Sydney
Travelers hunting for reasonably-priced rooms with style and flair land at the Park Regis. Located minutes from Darling Harbour, Royal Botanical Garden, the Sydney Aquarium and a couple blocks from Central Station assures that leisure and corporate travelers arrive at nearly every major attraction (and the airport) with ease. I was especially pleased when
I was especially pleased when following a smoke alert on our floor, the staff readily provided a room on an alternate floor because of the pungent smoke odour on our original floor. They were very professional and helpful.

The staff were very efficent and
The staff were very efficent and friendly. Every thing was well stocked, the 45th level with the pool and sun deck, and lounging area was fantastic especially on Australia Day for the viewing of the fireworks, however some of the display was blocked by two tall biuldings. Pricing was very good as I booked through xxxxxxxx. Highly recommend the Park Regis for accomodation. Regards, Sally

Excellent location close to Town
Excellent location close to Town Hall underground station for train to airport & to Circular Quay for visiting Opera House, catching ferries etc. Downside of that location was high level of street noise - which even reached the 11th floor. However, that was on the Saturday of Sydney's St Patrick's Day celebrations, so hopefully wld not be so bad during the week or on other weekends. Pool is on top floor, surrounded by fantastic views across Sydney harbour. The views made up for the shortness of the pool - only abt 10 metres long. Staff friendly and helpful and well-informed about Sydney & its attractions. Room was compact ie. on the small side but this is fine if you're just using it as a base for getting out & about.

This is the third time staying
This is the third time staying at this hotel and as always it was up to its usual good standard. Just be aware if you book a triple room you may get a small bathroom. We could have done with a slightly larger room and bathroom but this didn't spoil our stay here. Its in an excellent location, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel is clean and presentable.

a pleasant hotel in a good location,
a pleasant hotel in a good location, the rates for differance days to me is a worry as after being there ,the days where diff prices as we where staying monday to saturday morning, where as the hotel near us had a week rate

It is a nice, clean boutique hotel
It is a nice, clean boutique hotel in the middle of the city. Everything you need is close-by. However, on Friday and Saturday nights, it can get a little noisy (drunk youngsters roaming the city streets). I love the artistic simplicity of the rooms. Very friendly and efficient service.
