Great location to get into Sydney
It is a very nice hotel, located about 5 minutes to the Ferry that takes you into Circular Quay Harbour. For $7 and a one hour ferry you can have a beautiful ride into the heart of Sydney. Trains take about 45 minutes and cost $5 from the Central Station. Although, we would have liked to be in the center of Sydney, getting a nicer hotel in Paramatta for less money was a good choice. All the other hotels we found were more expensive and much lower quality. There is a noisy dance club near by, but my wife and I go to bed late so the noise wasn't that bothersome. I believe they finished at midnight, anyway. We didn't like the $30 a day internet charges or the expensive minibar, but the room itself was good value. I would consider staying there again. Next time I would try to find a package deal that included the breakfast buffet. If the hotel offered free wi-fi, I would have given them an almost perfect review.

Coco Cabana (I forget the exact name) is a nice cafe with decent coffee only a minute walk away. We didn't eat there but it had good coffee with free wifi. There is a nice Lebanese restaurant with some inexpensive lunches right across the street.

Nice hotel outside Sydney
Hotel was okay for the money on weekend. Newly renovated. Free internet if you join their hotel program club. Best part was great restaurants nearby so did not have to drive too far.

Great treatment at every point
Great treatment at every point of contact within the hotel. Breakfast staff exceptional on Sunday morning. The lifts we a bit slow due to maintenance on one. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Important to get a package that
Important to get a package that covers the cost of parking. Staff were very friendly but a little bit slow at both check in and check out. Overall, a positive experience.

Quite reasonable
I didn't like the fact that the business centre did not any windows and that the computers there were old and that there was another person there who kept making long mobile phone calls - I don't even think he was a guest at the hotel. The business centre was not properly secured. Secondly I did not like the window cleaners banging on the glass outside the window outside the sitting/bar area when I was sitting quietly reading the newspaper on Monday morning. I also received an unsolicited early morning phone call on the Monday morning. Above all I did not like receiving unsolicited marketing information on check in. The gentleman asked me at least twice whether I wanted to join the Crowne PLaza Club when all I wanted to do was check in.
