Great location and very good price.
Great location and very good price. Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a bit noisy due to the heavy traffic, but that was the trade off for having views of the fabulous harbour.

After reading reviews of some of the previous guests, I was a bit apprehensive about staying here but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of apartment, cleanliness, service, facilities, and friendliness of the staff. Overall, a good experience and I'll stay here again if I am ever in Sydney again.

Great location. Right on Darling
Great location. Right on Darling Harbour. We didn't have a view from our room nor would any of the rooms on our side of the building. The kids loved the pool. Great for catching the monorail, the station was on the doorstep. Room was a basic room but very clean and service was provided every day with clean towels and beds made. Room was a little expensive but we did go in peak season. Not the best I have stayed in in Sydney but would stay here again.

We would like to commend the desk
We would like to commend the desk staff ,upkeep personel around the hotel. It was just delightful staying at the Oaks the staff were friendly, so polite cannot say enough how good they were. It is a credit to the managers who train staff, you should be very proud. Will definetly stay at your hotel again. Thank you so much for making our so comfortable

I was very happy with the Apartment
I was very happy with the Apartment and could have stayed longer. The staff were very helpful, professional and caring. They even found me a hair dresser as i was going to a wedding. I would recommend them highly.

Excellent location, close to Darling Harbour and transport. One bedroom apartment great for short stays. Room size suitable for 2 people only. Great, polite service. No free WIFI internet available.

Excellent stay where we brought
Excellent stay where we brought our son and his wife who were on a trip from UK. Courteous staff and an excellent apartment with fantastic views. Would definitely stay there again.Great location to get round Sydney.

Really enjoyed this apartment
Really enjoyed this apartment style hotel. Great appliances including dishwasher and full size stove. Loved the retention of the historic wool store building which made the rooms interesting and not like run of the mill international standard hotels. Leaving baggage on last day in a locked room with ticket gave us peace of mind. The pool and spa was particularly attractive with the old wool mill piers and beams.

We were lucky as we had a room
We were lucky as we had a room away from the noise of the traffic. Reception staff were very friendly and helpfull, room was clean, the only minor point was that the toilet was very cramped by the washing machine.
