Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful rooms. Will definately stay again next time i'm in sydney.

Hotel is in excellent location in Darling Harbour. As fully service apartment, it includes complete kitchen and laundry. Ideal for long stay. There is a direct access to parking, which a shortcut and wheather protected. They have a deal with parking for A$19 / 24hs (in June/2011), which is a reasonable deal considering the location (parking charges A$18 for 2hs in normal stay...). There are other parking spots nearby. Internet is paid. They have cable and wireless. Reception 24hs is also positive. The building interior is not nice as it was an old factory (or something similar) and refurbished to be a serviced apartment. Overall experience was good for 2 nights we stayed there.

I read through many reviews, but found experiences to be a little worse. Arrived in room to find a tin of opened peas still in the fridge and the shower smelt badly. Not majors but not good. We were also "entertained" by neighbours playing music late on Saturday, the location is mixed between appartments from permenant peopel and rented out, so a variety of lifestyles. Location was OK, but hard to find. On the positive side the pool and staff were all good. Could be worse, but in no hurry to return.

The staff is friendly and ever ready to accede to our request fir a higher floor. They even called us when the room was ready! Location is super convenient, the tram n light rail are juz opp.. Connected by a sheltered bridge. Darling harbor is juz walking distance away and the rivercat is so near to hop on to get to circular quay. Nice eating places nearby plus a shopping mall and walking distance to fish market! Will stay there again!

We booked a one bedroom apartment and were allocated a room on Level 2, which is the ground floor at the rear of the hotel. On this level there are no balconies and the room was quite gloomy because of the tall building close behind the hotel. We requested to be 'downgraded' to a studio apartment which we were allocated on Level 10. This was SO much better, very bright, a balcony and a view over the building behind the hotel towards the Anzac Bridge. I would strongly recommend that, for rooms on the rear of the hotel, insist on a room on Level 10, 11 or 12 - the higher the better. The room was spacious with a plasma tv, CD and DVD player and pay channels. Fridge and kitchenette were adequate for making meals. The only thing we missed (and expected) was a coffee plunger. With $19pd parking this hotel has one of the best value parking in the Sydney CBD.

Strange setting once inside hotel, must be seen. Ideally situated.

The apartment we had was nice overlooking the harbour, very convenient location. Large bathroom with washer and dryer etc, very usefull while holidaying.

Excellent location for Darling Harbour (West side)and all amenities plus easy access by foot or light rail or mono rail to the city centre. Being an old wool store building converted to a hotel, it is unique and different, with apartment size rooms, kitchen and separate bedroom. A pleasant difference. All day parking within 5 minutes walk at $19 is a bargain. It really does not matter if your view is not on the harbour side. All that is unobstructed and minutes away on foot. There are a couple of privately operated cafes in the building with pleasant services and internet.

Accommodation was very comfortable especially the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. Will definately go again.
