I stayed in two The Oaks Group
I stayed in two The Oaks Group hotel before, but this time I feel very bad. I never stay in such bad hotel. I can hear the voice from the room next to mine, the wall between room and the other room is wood, so any sound I can hear very clear, if I want , I even can have a chat very my neighbors. The housekeeping is also bad, I would never stay in this hotel again.

beds and pillows were very firm. Shower hot water was very sub-standard. Rooms were of a good size. Over all worth the money paid, in a good location to Darling Harbour.

$150 deposit -- I do not like
$150 deposit -- I do not like being treated by a criminal at check in. If their clientele are the sort of people who steal the linen or trash the rooms, then it isn't a fit place to stay in. And if their managers are so mistrusting and paranoid, they should get out of the business and become jail warders.

was not happy with the parking
was not happy with the parking the staff at the car park was very very rude was charged an extra $17 on top of the $17 even though i was still in the 24hour and the hotel couldnt even reimburse the money, had to wait an hour to get out of carpark. there needs to be more staff around check in time had to wait awhile to get the key. overall good hotel and location and will stay here again

Great location for Sydney Boat
Great location for Sydney Boat Show. Studio was very dark as had no natural light and looked on to a brick wall however, fine if you are only sleeping there. Comfortable bed and pillows and quite spacious. Good rate with [this website]. Would stay again.
