Although it was right in the heart
Although it was right in the heart of China Town. it was well situated. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. They had as well free internet in the lobby with 2 computers.

Great room. Great location.
This location is perfect for Darling Harbor activities. It is close to the Monorail. The hot breakfast included with our room rate was excellant. The king sized bed was very comfortable.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms,
Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, clean, helpful staff. Wanted to use the swimming pool, but was told it was under maintenance for the whole day, which was a bit of a disappointment. Overall a nice hotel though, very nice buffet breakfast.

We were so pleased that we stayed
We were so pleased that we stayed at the Novotel Hotel Rockford Darling Harbour. Management and staff did all to make our stay as perfect as possible. We were given a very late check out on leaving which gave us the time to visit the City and return to our room prior to our afternoon departure. Top marks again to management and staff, and location of this great hotel that we will stay at again and again when we visit Sydney.

The facilities in terms of the
The facilities in terms of the room were great, very comfortable, clean and pleasing to the eye decor. The heated pool was not heated and facilities not as clean. The most disappointing part of the experience for me was the staff; they were hasssled, spoke abruptly and implied I had made a mistake in the booking and only rectified this when I made a fuss. They were rude and lacked interpersonal skill at dealing with, what should have been, a not too difficult situation.
