The room was clean, but nothing
The room was clean, but nothing new and the reception staff were pleasant, however I don't understand how the hotel jusitifies charging me $400.00 for only 2 nights even though I had booked at short notice! For what they offered, it was unreasonably expensive! I have stayed in better hotels for a lot cheaper!

Enjoyed our stay, staff friendly
Enjoyed our stay, staff friendly and helpful, room was good and clean, one bed was a bit uncomfortable the other was fine. Had previously stayed at another Hotel with higher star rating and in my opinion this room at Metro was just as good and had everything we needed. Also the breakfast in restaurant at $15 pp was hot as well as cold which was very good. The best thing for us was its close proximity to Central Railway, we walked from our train to the Hotel

the metro was a very nice place
the metro was a very nice place to stay in the city close to everything. the only thing i didnt like we had to use public parking there parking was full, but at least we got the parking for $26...not $156 like the ticket said for 24 hrs...generally overall, great place to stay

Stayed at Metro a few times, location is good, generally clean, easy to get to from train, shuttle buses etc. Dont expect flash place, the hotel is old and could do with an update. Recommend for the traveller on a moderate budget. This is probably a 3.5-4 star hotel

Nice place to stay for the night.
Nice place to stay for the night. Elevators were an issue with large groups booking in at once. Had to wait 10 minutes for elevators at one point, missing an important meeting, and not having access to stairs. Otherwise, noise levels, etc were fine. Had a great short stay.

Excellent location for Sydney
Excellent location for Sydney CBD. Room was perfect for the two of us. Didn't like the cigarette smell in the mornings.
