The award-winning Mercure Sydney was recently repackaged to cater to families and business travelers. The hotel has a fresh, modern look with plenty of perks for a mid-range hotel--kids under 15 stay and eat breakfast free! 當初訂這間飯店是因為她在全球各地都有分館. 曾經在德國也有入住過的經驗..所以決定在雪梨也訂一晚~~ 它的地理位置對於第一次抵達雪梨的遊客來講算是不錯的~ 左邊是中央車站..右邊是公車總站 ^ ^ 基於這點, 我很推薦它!! 飯店的服務態度也不錯..迅速並有禮~ 下次或許回會選擇同樣集團的飯店入住^ ^

這是我個人認為最最最差的飯店.櫃檯人員相當不專業,讓我對這間飯店相當反感,原因是在櫃檯辦理進房時,櫃檯小姐跟我說因為沒有人所以請我自己拿行李進房,進房後發現與我訂的房型不同是兩張小床,下去理論那位小姐跟我說因為沒房間所以請我忍耐一晚明天一大早會幫我換,但問題是我只住兩晚,一大早有行程要走,重點是我早在20天前就訂好我要的房型,不是當天的旅客...感覺真不尊重先預定的旅客那我預定要做什麼...最後我跟他爭吵10幾分鐘才換給我....員工訓練差...

Wir hatten das Hotel u.a. wegen dem incl. Frühstück gebucht, aber vor Ort war es dann ohne Frühstück. Das war bei der Buchung nicht deutlich ersichtlich. Schade sonst super.
