Fabulous Hotel
The only thing we didn't like about this hotel was the location. It was a pretty far walk to the harbours. But there were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stations and train stations were right outside the hotel. The service was fabulous and the concierges were very helpful with airport shuttles, tours, and restaurants.

Overall, the hotel was very good.The room was quite big.Personally, i prefer to stay in this hotel if i need to do some shoping. because this hotel include many useful things such as massage,swimming pool and fitness room after the long day of shopping.and of course the hotel location was very attractive.Train station,Busses and Taxi or just walk on Gorge st the most famous st in SYD.

This hotel could have been ok
This hotel could have been ok but it wasn't. The television didn't work on arrival and no one came to fix it until I went and fronted the the front desk manager. Then the hot water kettle didn't work but no one came to fix/ replace that either until I blew my cool at about 10pm - even then they sent some bloke who didn't even have a replacement - as if i were making the complaint up. They pretend to be a bit "up market" but really they are pretenders. A 3star place at best.

A fantastic location only a couple
A fantastic location only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. Hotel was very clean and facilities were good. I also got a complementary upgrade and as I arrived early morning I asked if I could drop my bags off to save lugging them around Sydney. Instead of dropping the bags off I was allowed to check in early as the room was ready there and then.

Stayed overnight. Very close to
Stayed overnight. Very close to Central Station which has a train connection to Airport. Staff extremely helpful and an issue experienced with the room keycard was handled extremely well and very quickly. Room service was quick and the meal was good quality. Staff were very good and helpful. Check In/Out was a breeze and the room was confortable.

An excellent hotel, good location,
An excellent hotel, good location, close to all public transport and taxis. Easy walk to most areas. Not on the harbour but within easy distance. The best thing was comfortable bed, good sized room, internet in the room worked, cheap fast food close buy as well as excellent avoidable food on site AND the HUGE bath towels (bath sheets) provided.
